Shipping policy

Every Recor Studio piece is made to order, so your order moves through two stages: production, then shipping.

Production. We usually take 3 days to print, frame and package your order. We do not offer rush production at this time.

Free shipping within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all US orders and takes 5-8 business days after production. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Hawai'i, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Shipping is also free, but deliveries to Hawai'i, Alaska and Puerto Rico take longer in transit than deliveries within the Continental US. Your shipping confirmation email will include an estimated delivery date for your address.

International orders. We do not offer International Shipping yet.

Tracking. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather or other events outside our control.

Damaged in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, please see our Return policy for how to report it.
