Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We have a one hour window in which you can cancel your order, please email jesse@jesserecor.com

Shipping

For domestic (within the United States) deliveries, we offer FREE standard shipping (5-8 business days). Shipping time is in addition to production time. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, etc.

Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these shipping estimates do not include weekend delivery.

Please keep in mind when ordering that these shipping times do not include the production times of our pieces.

For international deliveries, we ship via FedEx International Economy. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for customs fees, shipping delays due to inclement weather, etc.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

When can I expect my order?

We'll send you an email with tracking info when your order is on it's way. Keep in mind that each piece is made to order and requires production time in addition to shipping time.

Do you offer rush production?

We do not offer a rush production option at this time.

Do your shipping timelines include weekends as shipping days?

No, shipping times are calculated in business days. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these shipping estimates do not include weekend delivery. For example, if a package ships on Friday with FedEx Rush (1 business day) it will arrive the following Monday.

How long is standard shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?

Shipping will take an additional 14-21 business days depending on the location. Need your gifts faster? Economy, Expedited, and Rush Shipping options are available and aligned with the normal order-by dates above.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?
